To ensure your milestone occasion or creative project is seamless, North Archive Bridal coordinates all deliveries and returns around your specific event or production date. We handle the logistics with the utmost care so your archival footwear arrives securely, punctually, and ready for its moment.

1. EXCLUSIVE LOCAL CALGARY DELIVERY & PICKUP (FREE)

• Complimentary Courier Service: For our clients, stylists, and production teams based in the Calgary area, we are pleased to offer complimentary hand-delivery and retrieval. This applies to all standard rentals, celebratory events, and local editorial shoots.

• The Local Timeline: Your archival piece will be hand-delivered to your designated local address or studio 2 days prior to your specified event or shoot date.

• Effortless Retrieval: On Day 4 (the second day following your event or shoot), our local courier will return to collect the footwear and its original luxury packaging directly from your location, completely hassle-free.

2. THE STANDARD RENTAL WINDOW & TIMING

At North Archive, we carefully curate each rental experience to ensure your archival footwear arrives with ample time for fitting, styling, and preparation before your special event.

LOCAL CALGARY RENTALS

Our standard local rental window spans 4 days. Your archival footwear will be available 2 days prior to your specified event or production date, allowing sufficient time for fitting and preparation.

• Day 2: Preparation & Fitting

• Day 3: Event Day

• Day 4: Return

OUT-OF-TOWN RENTALS

For orders requiring shipment outside the Calgary area, our standard rental window spans 5 days. Your archival footwear is scheduled to arrive 3 days prior to your specified event or production date, providing additional flexibility for transit, fitting, and preparation.

PREMIUM EXTENDED RENTAL

Need additional time for fittings, travel, photoshoots, destination weddings, or multi-day celebrations? Upgrade to our Premium Extended Rental and enjoy a 7-day rental window designed to provide added flexibility and peace of mind.

• Additional time for fittings and styling

• Priority processing and preparation

3. OUT-OF-TOWN SHIPPING FEES & EDITORIAL PULLS

• Premium Shipping: Out-of-town client orders utilize fully insured courier networks to guarantee the safe transit of our historic pieces. Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout and include a fully prepaid return shipping label.

• Destination Editorial Pulls: For creative editorial shoots, lookbooks, or campaigns taking place outside of the Calgary area, a necessary shipping and logistics fee will be applied to cover secure, expedited transit and return insurance. Please coordinate with our team directly for custom out-of-town production logistics.

• Signature Required: To ensure absolute security for these rare luxury items, all mailed deliveries require an adult signature upon arrival. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

4. THE MAILED RETURN PROCESS (OUT-OF-TOWN)

• Return Timeline: Mailed rental periods officially conclude on Day 4 (the second day following your event or shoot).

• Effortless Return: Simply place the footwear back into its original dust bag and protective packaging, apply the prepaid return shipping label provided, and drop it off at the designated courier location by 4:00 PM on Day 4.

• Original Packaging: To preserve the heritage of our collection, all original custom boxing and dust bags must be returned with the footwear. Missing or damaged branded packaging will incur a replacement fee.

5. LATE RETURNS & DELAYS

• The Curated Schedule: Because our archival pieces are exclusively reserved for specific milestone dates and strict production timelines, late returns or missed courier pickups disrupt the schedule for subsequent clients.

• Late Fees: Returns or hand-overs delayed past the designated Day 4 deadline will be subject to a late fee of $50 per day. If a piece is not returned within 7 days, it will be considered unreturned, and the client will be billed for the established archival replacement value of the piece.
